Therefore, for any media you hold the copyright to, by submitting it, you agree to license it under the Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0) License. If you don't hold the copyright to the a text or an image, you may only include it if it is licensed under a compatible licence and you have met the requirements of this licence.
Bookvoid does not claim ownership of the content you upload. The content will be owned by you or a third party from whom you got permission to post the content. By placing content in Bookvoid, however, you grant Bookvoid a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license, to reproduce, display, modify, adapt and publish the content for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your content on Bookvoid.
The submitter, and not Bookvoid, will be fully responsible for all content that he submitted, uploaded, posted or otherwise made available.
You may add any necessary attributions in the 'About Contents' box in the section information accessible though the (
) button. You may also use this box to remove restriction on your content and release under more permissive terms.
Don't upload copyrighted material, harassment, spam, gore, pornography. It will be removed, may cause you to be banned from Bookvoid and reported to authorities.
Bookvoid is not an image hosting or image gallery service. We may limit the number and size of uploaded images. Abusing image hosting may get you banned and your images deleted. Hot-linking of images outside of the Bookvoid service is not allowed and may result in your images being deleted and your account banned.
The Bookvoid app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guaranty of the availability of service and reserve the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature.
In no event shall Bookvoid, its owners or employee be liable for any damages whatsoever. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Bookvoid's services or any content thereon.
